Create the illusion of stars floating over the surface of a quilt and casting shadows below using your Wing Clipper I tool. Deb was inspired by a Judy Martin block and then varied the star sizes, the layout and the border to create a unique design. Instructions are for a wall quilt, but suggestions are included for larger size projects.
