Sewing with the BERNINA L 860 is a fast, precise, and quiet experience. With a sewing speed of up to 1,500 stitches per minute, you can complete your projects efficiently. The machine offers stitch-by-stitch sewing for precise lines and curves, and the speed can be easily adjusted via the color touch screen. The BERNINA Free Hand System (FHS) allows you to raise and lower the presser foot with your knee, providing convenience and freeing up your hands to guide the fabric. The centrally located color touch screen provides intuitive operation, offering stitch selection, individual stitch settings, and two operating modes: Expert Mode for advanced users and Guided Mode with step-by-step instructions. The L 860 also provides ample sewing space, a convenient freearm, and Total Stitch Control, allowing you to save up to 100 stitches in your personal memory and adjust stitch parameters while sewing.
