I received a refurbished Brother SQ9285 And cannot say enough about how pleased I was with it. It came all the way from the Midwest to Massachusetts with no issues, shipped perfectly, wrapped well and the sewing machine exceeds my every expectation. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are new to sewing and not looking to spend a fortune on a good quality machine. My brother came with all of the factory accessories including 12 presser feet, and if the box didn't say it was refurbished I would have had no clue. If you are worried about long distance shipping I would not be because as I said my machine showed up like I had just picked it up from around the corner. Super super pleased with these guys.

I love the machine and my sister also has one like it. It is fantastic and so easy to use. Shay in sales is fantastic. She will help you out all the way and give you whatever discounts she can. Their sewing supplies are also very reasonable. The bonus packages that come with the machine are also great and I like the points you receive with your purchases. They are a 5 star in my opinion. The price was awesome and their bonus package really helped me get started right out of the box! There was a little mixup on shipping, but they followed up and everything turned out great. My experience was so excellent with WW that when it was time to replace our sewing machine (my kid took it to college), I went right to the WW site and found a great refurbished Janome for a fantastic price. On October 1st, I ordered a Janome 500e Memory Craft LE. I applied a coupon and saved almost $200! I did receive it and evidently UPS bounced it around enough that I had to send it back for a repair on the bent needle and the stuck autothreader, but World Weidner sent a post-paid label. My machine was returned within 3-4 weeks. Their rewards program is really awesome too. I had $89 in rewards from the purchase of the embroidery machine to spend on a brand new Juki serger. I am happy! My next thing is to upgrade my sewing machine so I can have more throat space to sew bigger blankets. Thank you!

While the machine itself is wonderful the real review is for World Weidner. In all my years (over 6 decades) I’ve never had better customer service. This company sets a high bar for “above and beyond”. I’ll never shop anywhere else. (They have good sales too).
