To cut one Bucket Hat:
- Fabric Color 1: Fuse fabric with an interfacing like June Tailor® T-Shirt Project Fusible Interfacing. Cut one 7 3/4" square and place it on the Top (circle) shape to cut one shape. Cut four 7" x 4 3/4" rectangles and place them on the Side (straight) shape to cut four shapes. Cut four 8 7/8" x 4 1/4" rectangles and place them on the Brim (curved) shape to cut four shapes.
- Fabric Color 2: Cut one 7 3/4" square and place it on the Top (circle) shape to cut one shape. Cut four 7" x 4 3/4" rectangles and place them on the Side (straight) shape to cut four shapes. Cut four 8 7/8" x 4 1/4" rectangles and place them on the Brim (curved) shape to cut four shapes

GO! Bucket Hat is designed to fit an average adult size (22" circumference).
Use pattern fabric for the lining to make your GO! Bucket Hat reversible.
Use the GO! Strip Cutter-2½" (2" Finished) (55017 or 55014) to add a chin strap for windy days.
Add fusible interfacing product, such as June Tailor ® T-shirt Project Fusible Interfacing, to main fabric for a stiffer hat.
Die includes seam allowance and notches for easy piecing.

With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors.
Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board.
Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch.
It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.
