Ruler Instructions

Cut circles, semi-circles, and quarter-circles from 3 to 15-1/2 inches and every 1/2 inch in between. Cut a freezer paper template to the finished size and then cut the fabric 1/2 inch larger to add the seam allowance. Use a 45mm or small rotary cutter. Hold rotary cutter straight up and down for ease of cutting and guide it along the inside edge of the curve. If you prefer piecing curves, cut out the background and the circles with the same ruler. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. Then, the exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miss-cuts!
